What are the requirements to take the surveys?

There are only two requirements: (1) register to be surveyed, and (2) be a current subscriber (subscription number required). Your subscription number can be found on the mailing label of your magazine above your name, or on your invoice. Your subscription must be current at the time the surveys are sent out.

Once I have registered, how do I take the surveys?

Once a survey is posted online, registered participants will be contacted via e-mail with the web link to the online survey, as well as clear instructions on how to fill out the survey form online. As an alternative, registered participants will receive directions on how to print the survey and send in the completed form by either fax or mail.

How long am I registered for?

Registration is active for both surveys in the current year. (The salary survey will be posted in September 2009 and the technology survey will be posted in November 2009.) Once both surveys have been conducted, your registration will automatically expire. Participants are more than welcome to re-register to take surveys every year.

If I register, am I required to take the surveys?

No. If you register and later decide to not participate, simply disregard the notifications to take the surveys. Your registration will expire following the upcoming tech survey.
